Today Day 0 of 31
Nine things I tap, nine the watch already knows. Under two minutes a day, every day of October, then the matrix reads what moved.
02
The 31 days
Every day of the challenge. Pick one to fill it in. A red day is a hole in the data, and a hole costs a correlation.

Correlations
Each row is something I did. Each column is what my body said the morning after. The number is how far the average moved, the label how far apart the two groups really sit.

How to read it
- The morning afterA day is judged by the night that follows it. A drink on Tuesday is scored against Wednesday's sleep, never Tuesday's.
- High against lowAn on/off thing splits on itself. A counted thing splits at my own median, so "high coffee" means high for me.
- Green is good, not positiveA resting heart rate going down is a win, so it turns green while the number falls.
- The strength labelHow far apart the two groups sit, measured against how much that number swings day to day anyway. A big percent on a wild metric says less than a small one on a steady metric.
- What stays hiddenA cell needs 4 days on each side before it prints. The whole matrix stays shut until 21 days carry both the taps and the body numbers.
- One month only1 to 31 October 2026. Thirty-one days, one video a day, then the table stands as it is.
